She’s worked in aged care, youth support, and everything in between, but her real superpower? Keeping our 100+ moving parts running like clockwork while still remembering your dog’s name.

Managing Director / Chief Good-Vibes Officer

When Jono’s not talking strategy or streamlining systems, he’s probably making you laugh, asking the big questions, or low-key trying to recruit you. With a background in community engagement and a knack for making everyone feel like they belong, Jono leads 4u Care with heart, humour, and an eye for what really matters: people.

Business Development Manager / Growth Wrangler

Courtney Courtney’s all about people, purpose and making great things happen. As our BDM or Growth Wrangler, she’s the go-to for building connections, welcoming new faces and spotting the kind of connections in our network who just get it. With years of frontline experience and a knack for bringing the right people together, Courtney helps 4u Care grow in all the best ways.

Community Support Manager / Go-Getter for Good

When it comes to community and in-home supports, Cibele’s the one making it all happen. She’s driven, dedicated, and never stops in pursuit of better for her participants. Born in Brazil, she brings the heat — whether it’s her love of travel, her quick wit, or her commentary on the latest soccer score (approach with caution if Portugal’s playing).

Accommodation Manager / Queen of the Vans

Sal keeps our accommodation and respite services running like clockwork. Known for her puns, her sweet tooth, and her ability to stay cool when the pressure’s on, she’s the steady head behind the wheel (even if she once reversed into a president’s car, we’re still laughing about that one).

Workforce Manager / Captain of the Rosters

Harry’s the brains behind the 4u Care roster machine making sure the right person’s in the right place, at the right time, with the right idea. A true team player, he’s been with us since early innings and keeps the crew smiling with his endless cricket puns. If you’ve got a shift, Harry’s probably already mapped it out before you’ve even asked.

People & Governance Manager / The Rule Keeper with Rhythm

Lola’s our compliance and HR guru — a qualified lawyer who keeps everything above board, in line, and on time. She’s sharp, stylish, and never misses a beat (especially on the netball court). Rumour has it Beyoncé is her spirit animal — and honestly, we see it.

Chief Financial Officer / The Spreadsheet Sage

Mark’s the calm in any storm, the man who can find balance in more than just the books. He’s lived most of his life in Vanuatu, so sweating the small stuff isn’t really his thing. Whether he’s tracking team stats or planning world domination with his granddaughters, Mark keeps 4u Care’s finances in check.

Shared Support Coordinator / Organiser-in-Chief

If it’s shared support, Jamila’s all over it. She’s the definition of dependable — bringing good energy, a cracking story, and a colour-coded plan for everything. With her knack for keeping things running smoothly, Jamila’s proof that being organised never looked so cool.
