It’s detailed (we take matching support workers with participants seriously), but it helps us get to know you and set you up for success from day one. This process is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of 4u Care and the role, as well as an opportunity for us to get to know you. Our process involves an interview, assessment centre activities, reference checks and compliance checks. We can have at work within a week of your application!
