The Help You Need, Right Where You Are

Sometimes, the best place to feel supported is in the comfort of your own home. Whether you're a care giver or parent looking for an extra set of hands or someone wanting more independence with the right support in place, our In Home Support is here to make daily life more doable.

We keep it simple. No revolving door of strangers. Just consistent, highly-trained support workers who show up, get to know you, and work with your routine.

What In Home Support Can Look Like:

In Home Support is built around you. We focus on what will make the biggest difference to your day, whether that’s getting out of bed safely, staying on top of meals and meds, or having someone nearby who understands what you need.

There’s no one way this service runs. It’s shaped around your needs and preferences, and can include:

  • Morning and evening routines: A helping hand to get ready for the day or wind down at night.

  • Personal care: Support with showering, dressing, and grooming, always done with dignity and respect.

  • Meal prep and shared meals: From cooking together to just making sure there’s something ready to eat.

  • Medication support: Gentle reminders and help to take medication safely and on time.

  • Household tasks: Keeping the home running with laundry, tidying up, and staying organised.

  • Quiet company or after-school support: Someone around when it’s needed, whether it’s for a chat or just quiet presence.

  • High needs and complex care: For things like PEG feeding, epilepsy, or behaviours of concern, we’ve got qualified team members who know what to do. We can provide 1:1 or 2:1care, depending on what’s needed.

  • Overnight or 24-hour care: Consistent support through the night, whether that’s active care or just someone close by.

If it helps your day run smoother, we’re there to make it happen.

What Makes 4u Care In Home Support Different

You don’t need to explain things over and over. You don’t need to follow up five times. We take the pressure off by doing what we said we would, the way we said we’d do it.

  • We show up. Same faces, on time, every time. We’re reliable, plain and simple.

  • We match with care. Support workers are chosen based on more than just availability. We think about personality, preferences and who will click with you.

  • We grow with you. If your needs change, we change with you. We’re in it for the long haul.

  • We make it clear. We communicate so there’s no guesswork. You’ll always know who’s coming and what’s happening.

A Good Fit Makes All
the Difference

We know that letting someone into your home is a big deal. That’s why we focus on getting the match right. Our highly trained support workers come from all walks of life and we make sure they’re someone you or your loved one feels comfortable with.

Because when the match is right, everything feels easier. Things run more smoothly, there's more laughter, less stress, and more space to focus on the moments that matter.

Ratios That Reflect
Your Needs

Every 4u Care support plan starts with a conversation. For many families, 1:1 support is the sweet spot. But when higher or more complex needs are in the mix, we can increase to 2:1 if that helps. More hands on deck, more peace of mind.

You won’t need to translate your situation into industry terms like "complex care." You just tell us what you need, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Why Families Choose 4u Care for In Home Support

  • No last-minute changes or unfamiliar faces

  • Routines respected, not disrupted

  • Staff who are trained, kind, capable, and calm under pressure

  • Open communication so you’re always in the loop

  • Plans that grow and adapt as your needs change
