  • SIL is a service where you live in a shared home or individually, with access to 24/7 support. Our team helps with daily tasks, personal care, household chores and more — all designed to help you live as independently as possible.

  • Yes! We provide Short Term Accommodation (STA) to give carers a break and participants a safe, enjoyable change of scenery. Each stay is tailored to your needs and goals.

  • You’ll be matched with a support worker who aligns with your interests and goals. Whether it’s grabbing coffee, joining a local group, or heading to the gym, your day is built around you.

  • Yes. Our fleet of modified vans makes it easy for participants with limited mobility or wheelchair users to get out and about safely and comfortably. Meet the Fleet.

  • Absolutely. Our trained staff can provide clinical, high-level support for participants with complex needs — including medication management, PEG feeding, continence care and more. Learn about our Complex Care approach.

  • Yes and we believe you should. We prioritise compatibility, interests and communication style. Our matching process ensures you’re supported by someone who truly fits your vibe.

  • No, 4u Care does not currently offer Support Coordination. Our focus is on providing exceptional frontline care — from Supported Independent Living to 1:1 Community Access and Complex Care. If you're looking for a Support Coordinator, we're happy to work alongside one of your choosing to ensure a seamless experience.

  • SDA stands for Specialist Disability Accommodation. It’s housing purpose-built for people with very high support needs or significant functional impairment. SDA homes are designed to make daily life safer and easier, with features like wider doorways, accessible bathrooms, reinforced walls, and smart assistive technology.
